Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialist to join our security program in Montreal. You will participate in governance, risk assessments, audits, and the development of policies and guides to strengthen resilience across our cloud and technologies.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, support awareness and training, track action plans, findings and corrective actions, and help continuously improve GRC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, audit, risk management, compliance, governance or related field.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in governance, risk management and compliance activities.
• Conduct or support risk assessments related to projects, vendors, technologies and processes.
• Participate in the preparation and coordination of internal, external and client audits.
• Follow up on action plans, findings, risks and corrective actions.
• Contribute to the documentation and improvement of policies, standards, procedures and guides.
• Support teams in the interpretation and application of security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with specialized cybersecurity teams to ensure issues identified are addressed.
• Participate in awareness-raising, communication and training activities.
• Maintain documentation and information necessary to track GRC activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of GRC processes.
