Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics. This HR role focuses on day-to-day HR activities, onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records within the HRIS, while ensuring compliance with policies and Québec Law 25. You will support managers on performance, employee relations, and investigations.

The position emphasizes data-driven HR, employee engagement, and workplace wellbeing in a fast-paced logistics environment across three continents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Fluent French; proficient in English; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities including onboarding and personnel file administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations (Québec Law 25).
  • Support managers with performance, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide first-level guidance to managers to promote effective people management.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment.
  • Assist with injury, disability, and workers’ compensation processes.
  • Analyze HR data, prepare KPI reports, and provide recommendations.
