Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly, a Canadian leader in last-mile logistics, seeks an experienced GRC Advisor to act as a reference expert across regulatory, risk and compliance domains. You will conduct complex risk analyses, lead cross-team initiatives and develop standardized GRC practices to support audits and assurance exercises.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business, technology and cybersecurity teams to strengthen governance and control maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in one or more GRC areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex files.
  • Ability to work with business, technology and cybersecurity teams.
  • Good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, standards and practices applicable to the area of expertise.
  • Experience in complex technology environments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a reference expert in one or more GRC areas.
  • Conduct or supervise complex risk analyses.
  • Lead initiatives that require the collaboration of multiple teams.
  • Develop and improve the methods, processes, tools, standards and practices of your field.
  • Produce recommendations based on risks, compliance requirements and business objectives.
  • Supporting stakeholders in the resolution of complex issues.
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of GRC programs.
  • Support the preparation and execution of audits, evaluations and assurance exercises.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the increase of GRC maturity.
  • Coaching, advising and supporting less experienced RCMP Advisors.
  • Act as the lead on complex files or initiatives, without necessarily owning the entire program.
  • Contribute to the development of indicators, measures and monitoring mechanisms in his/her field.
