Job summary

Dragonfly Logistics Lab Inc. is seeking a strategic professional to participate in governance, risk management and compliance activities across cybersecurity, audits, and vendor relations. The role involves risk assessments, policy improvement, and collaboration with cybersecurity teams to address findings.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years in cybersecurity, audit, risk management or compliance, and a strong grasp of governance principles and standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, audit, risk management, compliance, governance or related field.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Participate in governance, risk management and compliance activities.
• Conduct or support risk assessments related to projects, vendors, technologies and processes.
• Participate in preparation and coordination of internal, external and client audits.
• Follow up on action plans, findings, risks and corrective actions.
• Contribute to documentation and improvement of policies, standards, procedures and guides.
• Support teams in the interpretation and application of security and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with specialized cybersecurity teams to ensure that the issues identified are properly addressed.
• Participate in awareness-raising, communication and training activities.
• Maintain documentation and information necessary to track GRC activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes in its field of intervention.

• Knowledge of one or more frameworks or standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• General knowledge of technology and cloud environments considered an asset.
