Job summary

BHP Group in Canada is offering a 24-month Graduate Engineer program designed to build technical capability and professional leadership. The program includes rotations across multiple teams, exposure to construction, commissioning, and future operations, and opportunities to work with diverse stakeholders and experienced leaders.

You will graduate by May/June 2027, with relocation support and access to international learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across multiple teams to build technical, operational, and professional capabilities.

• Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, contractors, and cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
