Job summary

Levio in Ottawa is seeking an Intermediate Account Manager to grow our Government of Canada presence. You will partner with delivery, leadership, and proposal teams to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and ensure successful outcomes in the National Capital Region.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in account management, experience with government procurement, and proven proposal development skills, with English and French considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in account management or client relationship roles.
• Experience with Government of Canada departments or public sector clients.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to proposals, bids, or capture activities.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• English and French considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Government of Canada stakeholders and client representatives.
• Act as trusted advisor by understanding client priorities and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and support growth.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Participate in proposals, bids, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with delivery capabilities.
• Represent Levio in client meetings and industry events in the National Capital Region.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns or risks.
• Support contract discussions, renewals, and negotiations with leadership.
