Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative discussions, acting as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, craft 90-day roadmaps, and drive growth through retention and upsell—while maintaining strong English communication on live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
