Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, allocate budgets, and guide campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Advertising.

As the strategic voice in client conversations, you will explain the narrative behind the numbers. You’ll own the roadmap, measure performance, and drive account growth through retention and upsell, while collaborating with clients on live calls in

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to move ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the insights.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationship building.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
