Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set budgets, roadmaps, and narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with hands-on optimization and clear communication on performance. Remote role open to Canada/USA/SA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client-ready metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign termination.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Google Ads Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
