Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and client narrative, acting as the strategic voice in discussions and decisions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking. Remote role with international clients; strong English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client portfolios.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to stop a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; narrate the numbers to clients.
• Foster account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
