Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, bids, and narratives for client calls.

You are the strategic voice, responsible for ROAS, CPA, and pipeline improvements, with the ability to guide 90-day roadmaps and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and test creative; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Google Ads Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
