As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, test creatives, and provide clear reporting on performance to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads management for multiple clients.
• Track record of improving ROAS/CPA and pipeline.
• Experience managing several clients in an agency setting.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across platforms.
• Set budgets, bids, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
