Job description
GM / Head of Product & Program – Evolve Biologix

ABOUT US

Elevation Capital is a group of internationally impactful companies spanning consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology, real estate, non-profit, and venture funding. Run by a highly entrepreneurial self‑made founder, and supported by a team of highly capable executives across business units, the business operates globally with interests in the US, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean. With wholly owned companies in various growth stages and an expanding investment portfolio, this group collectively serves a global vision to create an evolved world where humanity reaches its highest potential. Our mission is to create and deploy capital for a better world.

Evolve Biologix is one of our most visionary and globally ambitious ventures—born from years of R&D at the intersection of biometric sensing, applied neuroscience, and AI‑driven coaching. Our mission is bold yet deeply pragmatic: to help people regulate their emotional and physiological states, improve performance, prevent disease, and enhance consciousness. By integrating the best of psychosomatic medicine, psychoneuroimmunology, and cutting‑edge wearable technology, we aim to enable humanity to move successfully through the technological singularity with greater emotional resilience, clarity, and connection.

As GM / Head of Product & Program for Evolve Biologix, you will be the founder’s execution arm—translating vision into reality with a small, senior, “ninja” team. You will own product direction, business execution, and measurable outcomes.

You will run the entire product + go‑to‑market cycle: from UI/UX overhaul and biometric coaching features, to market launch strategy, partnership deals, and post‑launch growth. You will also ensure that financial plans, budgets, and forecasts are aligned with the roadmap.

This is a founder‑track role: you will operate as a mini‑CEO with full responsibility for product, business, and growth—making decisions quickly and delivering results without requiring day‑to‑day founder involvement.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Brilliant & Humble: Highly intelligent, but pragmatic. Able to lead experts across disciplines without ego.
  • Operator–Strategist Hybrid: Hands‑on enough to dive into Figma and standups, strategic enough to build GTM plans, roadmaps, and partnerships.
  • Biofeedback Fluent: Understands HRV, coherence, artifact handling, and how to translate physiology into actionable user guidance.
  • Commercially Minded: Knows how to turn product improvements into user growth, market traction, and revenue.
  • Financially Literate: Can own a budget, build forecasts, and track ROI on initiatives.
  • Mission‑Aligned: Believes in using technology to enhance human potential and uplift human consciousness around the globe in a measurable way.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Execution

  • Own product vision, execution, and results including UI/UX overhaul, onboarding, and live biometric coaching features.
  • Lead a 4–6 person senior strike team: Senior iOS (Swift/SwiftUI + BLE), Biometrics/ML Engineer, Visual/Motion Designer, fractional QA/Beta Ops, Backend/DevOps.
  • Stand up analytics, A/B testing, and growth tooling to drive data‑backed iteration.
  • Integrate hardware device support (BLE armband now, ring partner next) with minimal friction.
  • Hardware platform expansion and integration into app.
  • Run alpha program launch and drive statistics on consumer impact.

Go‑To‑Market & Growth

  • Build and execute GTM strategy for the v1.5 relaunch, including positioning, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Coordinate launch campaigns, App Store optimization, and user acquisition experiments.
  • Define and manage beta programs to generate testimonials, case studies, and product credibility.
  • Partner with marketing and community to drive engagement and advocacy.

Business & Financial

  • Create and own roadmaps tied to business objectives and milestones.
  • Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
  • Track ROI for product features, marketing spend, and partnership deals.
  • Prepare investor updates and strategic memos with founder oversight.

Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Source and negotiate partnerships with wearable device companies (ring, armband), data providers, and research institutions.
  • Develop relationships with health, wellness, and performance communities for distribution.
  • Explore co‑marketing and licensing opportunities to accelerate market entry.

Leadership & Culture

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor top‑tier talent who can thrive in a high‑velocity, low‑politics environment.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence.
  • Operate async‑first: weekly memos, short demos, and clear decision frameworks.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record of designing, building, shipping and scaling consumer health/wearable apps with measurable retention and engagement gains.
  • Strong product design taste and technical literacy (SwiftUI, CoreBluetooth, HealthKit).
  • Experience with HRV/biofeedback signal processing, artifact rejection, and applied coaching models.
  • Strong GTM and growth experience—can own launch strategy, acquisition, and retention playbooks.
  • Financial management skills—comfortable building budgets, forecasts, and ROI models.
  • Experience building partnerships with hardware and/or wellness ecosystems.
