Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead two global pillars: Sales & Partner Commissions and RevOps Capital GTM performance. You will own incentive design, governance, and optimization, while guiding analysts to deliver timely, trusted execution across regions.

You will drive forecasting, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting, partnering with Finance, GTM, Legal, Enablement, and IS to align commitments with growth and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in SaaS or technology, ideally in Revenue Ops, Finance or related GTM ops roles.
• 4+ years of people management experience leading analytical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting and reforecasting cadences for the Capital business (EOM, EOQ, EOY).
• Own global design, governance, and continuous improvement of commission frameworks for sales and partners.
• Turn data into actionable insights for GTM leadership and stakeholders.
