As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will lead two critical global pillars for Lightspeed: our Sales & Partner Commissions engine and the RevOps Capital GTM optimization & performance function. On the incentives side, you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, governance, and continuous optimization of all sales and partner commission programs, ensuring they are simple, scalable, compliant, and tightly aligned with our growth and profitability goals—while leading high-performing analyst teams to deliver accurate, timely, and trusted execution. On the RevOps Capital side, you will operate as the GTM performance “control tower,” driving forecasting, KPI frameworks, quota and coverage analytics, and weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews that translate data into clear recommendations on investment, productivity, and commercial optimization
