lululemon in Vancouver is seeking a senior leader to head the Master Data Management, Business Licenses, and Gift Cards functions within Global Finance Shared Services. You will own governance, data quality, and cross‑functional collaboration to enable scalable, compliant processes across global operations.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, driving SOX controls, KPIs, ServiceNow workflows, and continuous improvement while coaching local and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 6-8 years in Master Data Management (MDM), Accounts Payable, or related finance operations, with global exposure preferred.
• Experience leading teams or workstreams with coaching and accountability for results (local and/or offshore).
• Vendor data governance, internal controls, and risk awareness; tax reporting knowledge is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders at all levels; issue resolution and alignment.
• Experience with ERP/ServiceNow and SLAs; focus on data quality and customer experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate data into actions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM, BL, and GC operations with local and offshore teams; drive service delivery and outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members; set clear expectations and foster ownership.
• Use data and KPIs to set priorities, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion cross-functional initiatives and partner with key stakeholders for impact.
• Own governance and ensure SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Oversee ServiceNow intake and execution; ensure SLA adherence and customer focus.
• Establish process discipline with SOPs and documentation for scalability.
