Based in Vancouver, the Senior Manager, Global Office Operations owns the global strategy and operating model for office operations across Store Support Centres (SSCs), setting enterprise standards and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience. The role provides global Office Services leadership, with direct leadership of teams across Canada, the US, and Mexico, and shared accountability for Office Services delivery in Hong Kong.
Operating at an enterprise level, this role is accountable for scaling office operations in line with business growth while maintaining financial discipline, managing risk, and delivering operational excellence. The Senior Manager partners closely with the broader Workplace Design team, Finance, Security, People & Culture, Legal, Employee Relations, IDEA and other cross-functional leaders to shape enterprise workplace strategy, policy, and ways of working, influencing organizational direction and long-term outcomes.
This role leads a dynamic global Office Services organization of approximately 20 FTEs and several part-time or hybrid roles, with three direct reports, and is accountable for team performance, workforce planning, succession planning, and regional hiring, including recruitment in Mexico and Hong Kong. The Senior Manager builds organizational capability and a strong leadership bench to support current operations and future global expansion.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $145,000 - $190,300 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
