Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Outbound Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end product flow across channels, including retail, omni and wholesale. You will lead a team of logistics specialists, coordinate with vendors and data teams, and drive efficiency, cost reductions and on-time deliveries.

Partner with cross-functional teams to implement SOPs, analyze KPI trends, and ensure scalable operations in North America and beyond.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
Experience leading a team.
Strong analytical and investigative skills; curious and proactive.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Support the Outbound Logistics management in developing robust logistics solutions and ensure implementation.
Identify improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve flow of goods.
Lead selected projects to successful, timely, cost-effective outcomes.
Oversee flow of product for multiple channels: retail, omni, wholesale or freight.
Develop and support a team of logistics specialists.
Engage with stores and leadership to align goals and requirements.
