lululemon is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Office Operations in Vancouver to lead the global Office Services strategy and operating model. You will direct a team of about 20 FTEs across regions and partner with Finance, Security, Legal, and People & Culture to drive enterprise workplace standards.

Responsibilities include global vendor strategy, budget ownership, policy development (RTO, parking), and expansion readiness for new SSCs, ensuring consistent high-quality service and cost

About This Team

Based in Vancouver, the Senior Manager, Global Office Operations owns the global strategy and operating model for office operations across Store Support Centres (SSCs), setting enterprise standards and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience. The role provides global Office Services leadership, with direct leadership of teams across Canada, the US, and Mexico, and shared accountability for Office Services delivery in Hong Kong. Operating at an enterprise level, this role is accountable for scaling office operations in line with business growth while maintaining financial discipline, managing risk, and delivering operational excellence. The Senior Manager partners closely with the broader Workplace Design team, Finance, Security, People & Culture, Legal, Employee Relations, IDEA and other cross‑functional leaders to shape enterprise workplace strategy, policy, and ways of working, influencing organizational direction and long-term outcomes. This role leads a dynamic global Office Services organization of approximately 20 FTEs and several part‑time or hybrid roles, with three direct reports, and is accountable for team performance, workforce planning, succession planning, and regional hiring, including recruitment in Mexico and Hong Kong. The Senior Manager builds organizational capability and a strong leadership bench to support current operations and future global expansion.

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise leadership for global Office Services by setting strategy, standards, and priorities across all Store Support Centres (SSCs).
  • Own the global Office Services operating model, establishing scalable processes and enterprise standards that ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across regions.
  • Hold ownership of Office Services vendor strategy and service models across North America and Mexico and provide strategic direction to regional partners in Hong Kong and other locations to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Own Office Services financial accountability for North America and Mexico, including budget planning, forecasting, cost management, and resource allocation; influence budget planning for Hong Kong and future SSCs.
  • Lead global people strategy for Office Services, with accountability for organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and resolution of complex employee and workplace issues in partnership with People & Culture and Employee Relations.
  • Lead the development and enterprise implementation of office-related policies (e.g., RTO, parking), ensuring compliance, consistency, and alignment with business priorities across regions.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new and evolving SSCs, making strategic decisions on standards, resourcing, and service delivery models to support global expansion.
  • Influence enterprise workplace strategy through senior partnership with Workplace Design, Finance, Security, Legal, IDEA, and regional leadership teams.
  • Resolve complex, multi-location operational and risk issues, balancing cost, experience, and scalability across the global SSC portfolio.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in office services, facilities, or workplace operations, including 5+ years in global leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading multi‑site, international operations and scaling standards and processes across regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to set vision, establish global standards, and influence organizational direction through strategic planning and decision‑making.
  • Strong strategic and operational leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-level performance, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior, cross-functional stakeholders across geographically distributed teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in workplace technology and analytics (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI, MS Office) to support data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing complex budgets and resource planning in close partnership with Finance; experience working directly in Finance is an asset.

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $145,000 - $190,300 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
