You will deliver insightful metrics, connect operations to financial results, and help develop reporting processes that inform strategy and drive performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
• CPA or MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience in fast-paced environments; retail experience is a plus.
• Excel expertise required; Oracle Hyperion experience is an asset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating budget plans and monthly forecasting.
• Identify and investigate variances to budget and forecast; spot opportunities for improvement.
• Provide ad hoc decision support and scenario analysis as needed.
• Develop and enhance reporting processes that support Global Digital storytelling.
