lululemon in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Global Fulfillment Strategy professional to drive functional strategies, long-range network modeling, and business case development across the Global Fulfillment portfolio.

You will partner with FP&A, Supply Chain, and regional teams, build quantitative frameworks, and present insights to VP+ leadership. Authorization to work in Canada is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in consulting, operations, strategic planning, or related field.
• Strong quantitative skills with financial modeling and data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL/Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consumer goods, apparel, or retail supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional strategies across Global Fulfillment in partnership with leaders.
• Lead the Functional Strategy program for assigned functions and produce executive deliverables.
• Build network models for long-range planning and evaluate configurations (DCs/3PL).
• Create financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with FP&A, MP&A, Supply Chain Strategy and other teams.
• Prepare analyses and insights for VP+ leadership.
