Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is a leading last-mile logistics provider in Canada with a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves assisting with unloading trailers, scanning and sorting packages, and supporting dispatch, receiving, and inventory management to ensure efficient operations.

You will follow SOPs, handle returns, and maintain accurate records. The position offers shift-based hours, opportunities for mentorship of new staff, and a path to grow within a dynamic logistics team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including returns and defective items.
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory management processes.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety protocols.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email and document interactions.
