Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support unloading trailers, sort and verify freight, and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management at our Toronto site.

In a fast-paced, shift-based warehouse, you will print labels, handle returns, maintain records, and support customer pickups while upholding health and safety standards. Training will be provided as part of a collaborative Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns.
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations.
• Support and assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Process returns and complete required documentation in accordance with SOPs.
• Handle customer pickups and front desk assistance to customers.
