Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Belleville, Ontario, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support unloading, sorting, scanning packages, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced facility. You will assist shipping, receiving, and inventory management while upholding safety protocols and contributing to efficient operations.

The role offers an hourly wage in the $21.10–$23.43 range, with opportunities to grow through training and mentoring new employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
• Operate and maintain warehouse systems to ensure efficiency
• Process returns and complete required documentation per SOPs
• Handle customer pickups and front desk assistance
• Resolve delivery issues by following SOPs
• Escalate special cases to management when needed
• Print labels and prepare documentation
• Process broker returns and return-to-clients shipments
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records
• Perform data entry tasks
• Train and mentor new employees
• Collaborate with Operations to uphold quality standards
• Complete supervisor tasks as required
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
• Comply with Health & Safety protocols
• Provide support for clients and IDCs
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process customer service requests via email
• Other duties as assigned

Salary Range
$21.10 - $23.43

Core Duties

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations
• Support and assist shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
• Support and maintenance warehouse systems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Process returns and complete required documentation in accordance with SOPs
• Handle customer pickups and (front desk assistance to customer)
