Job summary

Herschel Supply in Vancouver, Canada, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage 3PL networks, inventory integrity, and ERP/WMS coordination across domestic and international logistics. The role supports timely receipts, accurate data entry, and proactive issue resolution to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will monitor SLAs, optimize inbound shipments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, reporting, and continuous improvement across our distribution network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze and present data.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse production to ensure SLAs are met across 3PL facilities.
• Oversee end-to-end receipt of inbound shipments with local and global 3PL partners, ensuring timely ERP entries.
• Maintain shipment tracking documentation and provide regular updates to Sales Ops and E‑Commerce teams.
• Reconcile ERP and WMS inventory balances and investigate variances.
• Coordinate Retail inventory replenishment deliveries and store transfers.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
