Herschel Supply in Vancouver, Canada, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to streamline product flow and maintain inventory integrity across our 3PL network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor SLA adherence, reconcile ERP/WMS data, and support both domestic and international logistics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with ability to analyze and present operational data in clean reports.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across diverse internal departments and external 3PL partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to execute daily responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse production to ensure 3PL partners meet SLAs across all business lines.
• Oversee end-to-end receipt of inbound shipments with local and global 3PL partners, ensuring ERP entry for receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain and update shipment tracking documentation, providing regular timeline updates and critical status changes.
• Support logistics workflows for Salesman Samples and coordinate between Product, Sales, and Factory teams.
• Reconcile inventory balances between ERP and global 3PL systems daily and investigate discrepancies.
