Job summary

CRH Canada in Langley, BC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, inventory and shipping. The role emphasizes safety, quality and efficiency, with a focus on reducing costs and improving productivity.

You will lead a team, manage schedules and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in shipping/receiving with supervisory responsibilities, forklift certification, and solid Excel and ERP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in shipping/receiving with supervisory responsibilities.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment and shipping.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize productivity.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure safety, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Create, monitor and evaluate warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Logistics and Quality teams to improve service levels.
