Herschel Supply Company Ltd. seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage product flow and inventory integrity across our 3PL network, coordinating with internal teams and external warehouse partners to meet global logistics goals.

The role involves monitoring 3PL SLAs, ERP data entry, inventory reconciliations, and supporting order fulfillment from HQ with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
• Intermediate Excel skills with ability to analyze and present data.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse production to ensure 3PLs meet SLAs across business lines.
• Oversee inbound receipt and ERP entry for receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain shipment tracking documentation and provide timely status changes to Sales Ops.
• Reconciling ERP and global 3PL systems daily, investigate variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Support hands-on order fulfillment and shipping from HQ.
