Job Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily operations by safely loading and unloading trailers, completing shipment documentation, and maintaining an organized work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting. The Coordinator ensures shipments are handled accurately, inventory counts are completed when needed, and general building maintenance tasks are performed. Communication with suppliers, internal teams, and management is essential to support smooth warehouse operations.
Monday-Friday Shift Options
06:00 AM-2:00 PM, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM, or 4:00 PM-12:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Shifts may vary based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks as required, including re-working of trailers.
- Receive and record each shipment and make any notations of damage on BOL.
- Loading shipments by following a designed manifest in a safe manner.
- Must maintain good attendance and maintain safe work practices.
- Ability to communicate well with suppliers, internal staff, and management.
- Must be able to work in fast paced team environment.
- Will be required to work additional hours until the job is completed each day.
- Inventory counts when needed.
- Keep work area orderly and clean.
- General building maintenance.
- All other tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
- Position consists of 70-80% general labour and 15% office-based tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid MHE (Material Handling Equipment) or Forklift certificate.
- Must have experience with consolidation.
- LTL experience is required; additional exposure is an asset.
- Must be available to work afternoons.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in the safe operation and handling of equipment.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- Physically able to perform the work required which includes repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Hourly rate for this role is offered as a range and will vary depending on experience.
