Job summary

The role coordinates with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs, manages documentation, tracks shipments, and resolves issues to maintain on-time service.

Strong organization, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook are essential in our fast-paced supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, including import/export and cross-border shipments.
• Experience working with customs brokers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PLs).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues quickly.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Ensure customs compliance and clearance with brokers.
• Prepare and review import/export documentation.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and authorities.
• Schedule shipments, track progress, and optimize costs.
• Address delays, damages, and discrepancies; develop contingency plans.
• Maintain records of logistics transactions and statuses.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and disruptions.
