Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or a similar import/export operations role.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipments (air and/or ocean freight).
• Prepare, review, and process all required documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, customs filings, etc.).
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure timely shipments.
• Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates and resolving operational issues.
