Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years freight forwarding experience or similar role.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of international commerce and GDP regulations is desirable.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare import/export shipment documentation including Air Waybills.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery orders with trucking companies and airlines.
• Advise clients on transportation and payment methods; issue freight bills.
• Prepare quotations by negotiating rates.
• Ensure compliance with air cargo security provisions.
