Job summary

La Vie en Rose Trading is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator reporting to the International Division to optimize logistics for our licensed partners. You will oversee flow of goods from suppliers to final delivery, ensuring compliance with timelines, customs, and regulatory standards.

Engage with freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. You will coordinate international shipments, generate required documentation, and support monthly/annual

Qualifications

• College diploma in Transportation, Logistics or related field; strong organizational skills.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or international transportation coordination.
• Bilingual in French and English is essential for communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean freight bookings with suppliers for overseas orders.
• Work with freight forwarder to manage bookings and monitor shipments.
• Review and validate supplier and freight invoices and documents.
• Coordinate shipments from 3PL distribution center to final destinations for partners.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for financial reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Design, Distribution Center, AP, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and partners.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to minimize delivery delays.
• Analyze logistics data to improve transportation and order management processes.
