Job summary

Restaurant365 is hiring a People Operations Generalist to own HR compliance and benefits administration across the US and international footprint. This hybrid role sits within the People Technology & Operations team, focusing on regulatory compliance, benefits programs, and automation to improve efficiency.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with benefit partners (including Sequoia), handle open enrollment planning, and drive end-to-end processes with a data-driven, AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive HR operations experience with significant hands-on responsibility for HR compliance and benefits administration.
• Strong working knowledge of benefits operations including life events, carrier feeds, reconciliation, and vendor management.
• Experience partnering with Payroll on deductions, reconciliations, and pay-impacting transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end benefits administration across US and international footprint, including eligibility, enrollments, billing, reconciliation, and open enrollment.
• Triage, own, and resolve FreshService tickets across Total Rewards queues.
• Manage the Received Mail workflow — process correspondence, legal notices, garnishments, and government agency mail.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and audits; resolve pay-impacting issues.
• Develop AI-driven workflows to automate audits, communications, and routine reporting.
