Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a logistics role.
• Cross border shipping knowledge and overseas regulations.
• CT-PAT knowledge and Partners in Protection familiarity.
• Strong organizational skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Arranges transportation and forwarding for all orders to meet delivery/installation schedules.
• Handles duty, customs, sales, and tax functions including certification and verification while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Verifies freight invoices and addresses freight-related complaints and damages.
• Ensures shipping documentation including packing lists and load photos are attached.
• Completes Bills of Lading and all shipping documents accurately.
• Negotiates freight rates and selects freight companies for land and ocean modes.
• Approves freight invoices according to quotes and planned transactions.
• Maintains current knowledge of customs duties and tax regulations.
