Job summary

EQ3 in Winnipeg, Manitoba seeks a Logistics Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will coordinate inventory transactions with third-party logistics partners, ensuring accurate, timely deliveries and a positive customer experience.

This permanent, full-time role reports to the Director of Procurement & Sales Operations. You will prepare weekly shipping CSVs, manage store transfers and deliveries, monitor inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and support audits and monthly logs while

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse, distribution, or third-party logistics environment.
• Understanding of warehouse, transportation, inventory, and delivery-management processes.
• Experience with STORIS is considered a strong asset.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory transactions between EQ3 and third-party logistics partners.
• Prepare weekly shipping CSV files for EDI submission.
• Coordinate store transfers, customer deliveries, and pickups.
• Monitor inventory records and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Audit and reconcile weekly third-party logistics invoices.
• Support stockroom organization and internal audits.
