Job summary

ITW’s MIG Gun Division (Bernard / Tregaskiss) seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist for Windsor, Ontario. You’ll manage customer needs from order entry to delivery, using D365 to ensure accurate pricing and timely service.

You’ll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to grow revenue, resolve issues quickly, and improve service processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, sales support, order management, or related B2B role, in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/French preferred.
• Proficient with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects, stay organized, provide updates, and drive work to completion.
• Prioritize the customer experience, solve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to generate revenue.
• Develop product and system knowledge to support orders, troubleshooting, and data accuracy.
• Manage international orders and inquiries while complying with shipping regulations and Incoterms.
