AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents at our Mississauga location. The role supports care plans, documents observations, and collaborates with the team to maintain a safe environment.

You will follow IPAC guidelines, participate in trainings, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace. Ontario PSW standards apply, with opportunities for growth and meaningful resident interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with bedside resident care and monitoring.
• Ability to document care activities clearly and timely.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.
• Familiarity with onboarding new staff procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring care to ensure it aligns with the care plan.
• Assists in documenting resident information as directed.
• Attends in-service sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assists in onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Follows IPAC policies and procedures.
