Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership of a sales team in a dealership.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and F&I profitability.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to coach on the floor.
• Experience recruiting and developing sales staff.
• Track record of hitting sales KPIs and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations and set performance targets.
• Build and coach a high-performing sales and finance team.
• Manage sales targets, gross profit, inventory, and dealership results.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and closings.
• Collaborate with Finance to maximize F&I profitability.
• Oversee inventory strategy and pricing.
• Drive CRM, lead management, and conversion.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and reputation.
• Partner with FFUN leadership to identify growth opportunities.
