You will drive sales volume, optimize finance performance, and ensure profitability, while mentoring staff and maintaining top-tier service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership skills and drive a high-performing sales team.
• Financial acumen with understanding of deals, lender relationships and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dealership operations including appointments, deals, follow-ups and team performance.
• Collaborate with the team on strategy, structure and support to drive sales.
• Drive sales volume, front-end gross, finance performance and overall profitability.
• Oversee acquisition, pricing, merchandising, aging and inventory turn of used vehicles.
• Review market data and online pricing to keep inventory competitive.
• Monitor CRM activity, lead management, appointments and follow-up quality.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing sales and finance team.
• Set clear expectations and create accountability around activity and results.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and dealership experience.
• Collaborate with General Manager and department leaders to achieve store objectives.
