Avonhurst Co-op seeks a General Manager (GM) located in Avonhurst, SK. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the GM will oversee all aspects of business, strategy, budgeting, and daily retail operations to support the community and member-owners.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in retail leadership, with 3–5 years leading staff, strong business insight, and a commitment to continuous learning. A Grade 12 diploma is preferred, Class 1 license is an asset.
