Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years leading people in the retail industry.
• Grade 12 preferred; Class 1 license considered an asset.
• Strong business insight and organizational savvy with ability to plan and align resources.
• Ability to manage accountability, conflicts, and stakeholder balance.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: work with the Board to interpret vision and manage the Co-op's strategy.

• Operations oversight: administer, coordinate retail activities and drive day-to-day success.
