Clearview Co-op in Mitchell, MB is hiring two permanent, full-time District Manager, C-Store positions to oversee daily operations and profitability at the Administration Office.

You will lead C-Store Managers, drive service levels, safety, and compliance, and help the team grow through coaching, performance reviews, and development opportunities. The role offers competitive salary, benefits, and pension.

• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in a retail environment.

• Degree in related field preferred.

Clearview Co-op is hiring two (2) permanent, full-time District Manager, C-Store positions to work at our Administration Office located in Mitchell, MB.

What you would do:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, C-Store Operations, you will be responsible for the daily operations and profitability of a C-Store location in addition to supervising additional C-Store managers. Your key responsibilities include:

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of a C-Store in consultation with the Senior Manager, C-Store Operations.
• Provide leadership to select C-Store Managers to ensure effective store operations.
• Promote C-Store sustainability into the future and allow for continued growth.
• Provide effective leadership to all direct reports to ensure the locations operate within legal, safe, and ethical standards.
• Responsible for overall development, performance management and recruiting of direct reports; this includes evaluating performance and taking corrective measures.
• Provide feedback to direct reports as required through training, coaching, or providing corrective measures to meet objectives.
• Review monthly income statements to ensure expense control and establish goals.
• Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and delivery timeliness.
