On Side is seeking Labourers to learn the restoration trade and support Water Damage Technicians in cleaning, restoration, and demolition after water-related disasters. This is the stepping stone to becoming a Tech, with on-site work and a path for advancement.
The role includes a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, overtime opportunities, and benefits such as extended health coverage, EAP, RRSP with DPSP, life and disability insurance, and opportunities for internal mobility.

Water damage in a home or business is one of the most stressful events our clients might ever experience. At On Side, Water Damage Technicians (WDTs) go wherever a burst pipe, blocked drain, sewer backup or other water-related disaster calls.
Working directly with the Water Damage Technicians, learning the ropes, this position is the steppingstone to becoming a Tech!

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
