Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Labourer to support our manufacturing operations in Canada. The role focuses on keeping production running efficiently and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, replacing defective pieces, packing and preparing shipments, and assisting machine operators while maintaining a safe, organized workspace. This is a hands-on, 12-hour shift position with significant physical demand.

Job Description

Compensation & Schedule

Competitive wages: $22.07 to $22.62 + 2$/h night shift premium.

Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

Your Role

As a Production Labourer, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards.

You will:

• Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency
• Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces
• Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
• Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily production tasksClean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas
