Job summary

Techo-Bloc Inc. in Chambly, QC is seeking a Production Laborer for the night shift (Sunday to Wednesday, 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM). You’ll inspect, handle, and prepare concrete products, while upholding quality and safety standards.

You’ll move materials, assist machine operators, keep the workspace clean, and contribute to stable hours and competitive pay. Physical stamina and reliability are essential for this long-term manufacturing role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color and consistency.

Schedule:Night shift schedule fromSunday to Wednesday, 5:30PM to 5:30AM

Compensation:Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour + 5$/hour premium

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
