Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the night shift in St-Hubert, QC. The role offers a starting wage of 34 CAD per hour, with training provided and full benefits, including weekly pay. You’ll work Monday-Thursday from 5:30pm to 5:30am and contribute to safe, quality manufacturing.

The position emphasizes hands-on machine operation, problem solving, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and a supportive culture that values work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production.
• Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus); concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• The candidate will be trained on the day or night shift (training flexibility required).
• Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.

• Complete daily production and maintenance reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations.
