Job summary

Techo-Bloc in Canada is seeking a Production Laborer to join our night shift team. Work Sunday through Wednesday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, performing quality checks on concrete products and assisting with packaging and shipping preparation.

You will lift up to 23 kg (50 lb), help machine operators, and maintain a clean, safe production area on long 10-hour shifts. Competitive pay and growth opportunities await in a manufacturing setting.

Schedule: Night shift schedule fromSunday to Wednesday, 5:30PM to 5:30AM

Compensation: Competitive wage:$22.07/hourto $22.62/hour + 5$/hour premium

Your role

As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:

• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
• Assist machine operators with daily tasks
• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
