Job summary

Livingstone Landscaping Ltd. in Brandon, MB is seeking a Gardening Crew Member to help maintain and enhance outdoor spaces through planting, garden care, seasonal cleanups, and landscape maintenance.

You will work outdoors daily with a supportive team, follow site plans, and help create beautiful, functional spaces for clients while building practical landscaping skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 5 drivers licence with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Flexible to work early mornings and weekends during busy seasons.

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds.
• Assist with mulching, edging, lawn care, and seasonal cleanups.
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions.
• Work closely with the Junior Project Manager and crew members.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites; report equipment maintenance needs.
• Support grounds maintenance and other landscaping projects as needed.
