Core Responsibilities

1. Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
2. Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies, with support from ASM and SM.
3. Complete orders for store and office supplies according to guidelines and budgets.
4. Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
5. Maintain an organized stockroom, ensure products are merchandised, and meet loss prevention targets.
6. Assist in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Leadership and management experience in retail.
• Experience in employee training, cash handling, inventory, and sales auditing.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, visual merchandising, and merchandise maintenance.
• Physical ability to move, stand for extended periods, and lift at least 30 lbs.
• Full availability to work 40 hours per week.

Additional Information

The hourly wage ranges from $22.79 to $24.16, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and other factors. Benefits and detailed compensation will be communicated upon offer finalization.
